My unexpected-expected birth..

Well, after a long and tiresome day, after cleaning up the whole house, going for shopping and coming up the stairs full of bags, mommy decided to take a nice and relaxing bath... good idea, but it relaxed her too much and the placenta broke off!! Running to the hospital with daddy and grandmother Therezinha..we could not believe it as I was expected to arrive around the 12th of January. But well, I guess it makes my arrival more expressive (and unforgetable!) on a Silvester day, right? 31st of December, 2004!
Mommy was doing fine, trying to relax, listening to some music at the hospital, daddy and Vovó made her some belly massage to calm her and me down, but then the pain from the contractions started to get too serious and even on the bathtub (mommy wanted me to be born in the water, forget it..) she could not be able to take the painanymore, after 8 hours of contractions!
At 4:10 am I finally made my astonishing entrance to this world, bringing tears of joy to my mom and daddy's tired faces. By her look, I can guess that I am the most loved creature in this world and that no matter the pain we both went through, this moment will be the most joyful one in our lives..

I had some hard time to come out (my umbilical cord was twice around my little neck), and both of us had a very stressful time, but, well, look at my mom's relieved face.. it all went prefectly well!!

Rainy Sunday

Big preparation at home for our trip to Brasilia next Wednesday. Mamy is going to show off her belly to our family over there. Well, we will not stay long, as I am getting too big in my mom's belly and the airlines may cause some haressment to her.

I am looking forward to be spoiled a lot by my grand parents (Vovô Oldaci e Vovó Therezinha) e all the rest of the crazy Oliveira Family..

As soon as possible Mamy will post a picture of me, so you can have an idea of how handsome I already am.. :)'
